Without even having an official press conference at CES, Sprint is already generating quite a buzz by posting its 4G LTE promotional page early.  However, this isn’t just a page for its 4G LTE network, because Sprint is posting which markets will get it first and which devices will be the first to utilize its revamped network.  To begin, three cities in Texas and one in Georgia will be the first to benefit from 4G LTE.  More specifically, Sprint customers in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and Atlanta will receive 4G LTE first.

Just a couple of days ago, the possibility of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus launching on Sprint became real when an advertisement ran on CNET featuring the Galaxy Nexus.  And today, the 4G LTE page for Sprint clearly shows the Galaxy Nexus as its flagship 4G LTE smartphone.  As far as we know, the specs on the Sprint Galaxy Nexus 4G LTE will remain the same as the model found on Verizon.

In addition, the LG Viper 4G LTE will join the Galaxy Nexus as a mid-range 4G LTE offering.  In fact, it features a 4 inch touch screen display, 5MP rear facing camera, VGA front facing camera, Android 2.3, and a 1.2GHz dual-core processor.  No word on whether it will be upgraded to Android 4.0, but at least Sprint has one definite Ice Cream Sandwich device in its wings.

The 4G LTE network and the two smartphones are expected to launch sometime in the first half of 2012, but pricing for the smartphones is not yet available.
