The companies that are members of the Open Handset Alliance are also involved in the making of the android based mobile phones. Examples of companies that are involved in the Open Handset Alliance include KDDI Corporation, Telecom Italia and etc. Audience company is responsible for the voice processors technology in the android phone. NVIDIA manufacture the graphics processor for the android phone. Esmertec manufacture the multimedia solutions for the android phone. The four major manufacturers that plan to produce the android based phone are HTC, Motorola, LG and Samsung. In the future, the android phone will be produced by these four manufacturers. It has been rumoured that Nokia is also interested in making android phone. NTT DoCoMo from Japan had announced their plan to create android based mobile phone.
